📋 Data Deletion & Retention Policy
In strict accordance with Google Play's User Data - Account Deletion policy and global data protection guidelines, Divyavibe transparently discloses all data handling protocols:
🗑️ Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
- Personal Profile: Full name, email address, phone number, gender, profile photo.
- Birth & Astrological Details: Date of birth, time of birth, birth city, latitude, and longitude.
- Saved Charts: All Janam Kundli charts, divisional charts (D9, D10, D60, etc.), and custom notes.
- Communications: Astrologer chat history, question logs, and AI Astrologer query records.
- App & Device Tokens: Firebase push notification tokens (FCM) and active session authorizations.
📑 Data Retained & Statutory Justification
- Financial Records: Invoices, payment IDs, and wallet recharge transaction records are retained for legal, financial audit, and taxation compliance (as required by Indian GST / Income Tax regulations) for up to 7 years.
- Anonymization: Once the retention period expires or upon account deletion, transaction records are decoupled and anonymized from all personal identity markers.
⏱️ How long does the deletion process take?
Account access is suspended immediately upon request submission. The complete removal of your personal and astrological records across our primary databases and backup servers is finalized within 7 to 30 business days.
