We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Digital Services — Reports
Our astrology reports are custom-prepared digital products. Once an astrologer has started preparing your report, we cannot issue a full refund. However:

| Duplicate order placed accidentally | ✅ Full refund if reported within 24 hours |
| Report quality concern | ✅ Free revision or partial refund (case-by-case) |
| Order cancelled before work begins | ✅ Full refund within 2 working days |
| Technical payment failure — amount deducted | ✅ Full refund within 5-7 working days |
2. Physical Products (Shop Orders)
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging
- Customer bears return shipping cost unless item was defective or wrong
- Refund processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the return
3. E-Puja Bookings
- Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled puja: Full refund
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund (puja preparations already done)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us with your order number and reason
- We respond within 48 business hours
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Razorpay refunds typically appear in 5-7 working days
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer — provide your bank details
5. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may raise a dispute through your bank or Razorpay. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
