Important: Astrology readings provided on DivyaVibe are for entertainment and guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional domain. Results are based on traditional Vedic astrology and may vary.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate birth details for chart calculations
- One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
- You must not share your account credentials
4. Paid Services
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Reports are delivered digitally via email within the stated delivery timeline
- Service orders are non-transferable
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, charts, and report templates on DivyaVibe are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Using automated bots or scrapers on our platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit our systems
- Posting spam, false reviews, or abusive content
- Reselling or redistributing our paid report content
7. Limitation of Liability
DivyaVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
