Durga Saptashati (also called Devi Mahatmya or Chandi Path) is the supreme text glorifying Goddess Durga across 13 chapters and 700 shlokas. This text describes three divine battles where the Goddess destroys demonic forces — symbolising the victory of dharma over evil forces in ones own life.
